4. User Account, Profiles & Verification
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. In certain cases, especially for agents or developers, we may request verification documents such as a trade license, Emirates ID, or RERA certification. Failure to comply may result in account restriction or suspension.
5. Listings & Content Submission
You may submit property listings, images, floor plans, and other content through your account. By submitting content, you grant Astin Realty a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for marketing, analytics, or platform improvement. You confirm that the content is your own, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to publish it, and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, software, databases, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Astin Realty or its content suppliers and are protected under UAE copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, or distribute content from the site without prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, or infringe upon the rights of others.
